Mole

Crafted from beautifully soft grey 100% cotton velvet, this little mole is completely handmade in my studio on the Isle of Wight. I know that moles are known for being a little short sighted but you’d have to be completely blind not to see how dapper this little guy is.

He’ll make the perfect gift for any mole loving child or adult (if loving a mole is wrong, do you really want to be right??). And because you know exactly where he’s made you can give this gift knowing it’s sustainable and will last a lifetime. We’re talking heirlooms here, not landfill.

My inspiration for all my creatures comes from my own childhood obsessions with nature and birds, The Famous Five and the wild Dungeness coastline. And in recent years by the incredible Island I now call home.

Need To Know

Although he may be little, standing at 21cm’s high and 11cm’s wide, he’s huge on hugs!

The mole is made from cotton velvet.
His jumper is made from lambswool and is removable. And his beret is made from wool felt and is not removable.

His satchel is made from real leather.

His eyes are hand embroidered and he has no hard parts.

He is stuffed with hypoallergenic poly fibre stuffing.
